Things to Know Before You Bid:

Values set forth for each item are the donors' estimates and are not warranted by Junior Achievement for tax purposes or general value.
4. By bidding on an auction item, you expressly agree to release JA, its members, directors, officers, employees, agents and the donor from any and all claims, damages and/or liabilities whatsoever and in any way related, directly or indirectly, to your winning of the item, or use of the same.
5. SHIPPING & HANDLING: Items are to be picked up at the live event. If you are not attending the live event, you may make arrangements to pick up the item from the JA office at a later date. Bidder responsible for any shipping & handling charges required to send an item that the bidder was unable to pick up.

Q. What is the difference between "Bid Now" and "Buy It Now"?A. When you "Bid Now" you are bidding on the item at that starting price. You will enter your maximum bid and the system will bid on your behalf up to your maximum amount. If you select "Buy It Now" you will instantly win the item at that price. JA will contact you to make your payment & you can pick up your item(s) at the JA office.
Q. Why does it ask for my credit card information?
A. The system requires all bidders to enter a credit card number. However, if you are the winning bidder, you have the option to pay by check or cash instead. JA will contact you after the bidding has closed to determine your payment method.
Q. What if I can't attend the event; can I still bid?
A. Yes. Junior Achievement will bid on your behalf, up to your maximum, if you are unable to attend the live event. After the live event, you will be contacted if you won the item.
